There is no setup fee for PMS connection.
There is minimum monthly subscription amount 100 EUR and it can be used for all property costs under 100 EUR monthly.
Every Property Subscription is calculated 1.5 EUR per unit (room) per month with limitation of 10 EUR per connection per property.
For example, the property (hotel) has 5 units and 2 connections – price is 5 x 1.5 = 7.5 EUR. (it is lower than 2 x 10 EUR).
The property has 1 unit 5 connections – price is still 1.5 EUR.
The proper has 20 units and 1 connection – price is 10 EUR because 10 EUR is lower than 20 x 1.5 (30 EUR).

The subscription for newly added properties start 1st of following month. If you created new property on February 15th, subscription will start on March 1st.
Subscription and invoicing is handled by Link (Stripe).
We have DIRECT connections for 25+ most important hotel channels.
