Creating Agency Rates/Codes

Your agency partners can receive special prices create online reservation with simplified process and special guarantee conditions.

Agency price can be:

  • same as e.g. “STANDARD RATE”
    • Pricelist Mode: Correction Fixed, Correction Amount: 0, Correction Factor: 1
  • with correction: (STANDARD RATE +/- FIXED_AMOUNT) * FIXED_RATIO. With this correction you can achieve e.g. -10% or +-10 EUR.
    • Pricelist Mode: Correction Fixed, Correction Amount: FIXED_AMOUNT, Correction Factor: FIXED_RATIO
  • with correction based on number of people – e.g. addition 10 EUR per person
    • Pricelist Mode: Addition per person
  • completely separate
    • Pricelist Mode: Separate
    • Be aware you have to set prices for this rate after creating it

To create agency rate go to “Rate Plans” from the left side, and choose “Add New” button to start creating new rate. If you want to modify existing rate, choose “Edit” icon at the end of line with selected rate.

At least rate name, Pricelist Mode, Meal plan, Correction Amount, Correction Factor, Coupon code should be set.

Coupon code is a code you will give to your agent so he can enter it on your booking website.

If you want to set price -10% based on Standard Rate, you set Correction Amount to 0 and Correction Factor to 0.9.

If you want to set price +15% based on Standard Rate, you set Correction Amount to 0 and Correction Factor to 1.15.

If you check “Ignore payment methods” you will disable any payment options in the second step of reservation process – e.g. if you take credit card info or do credit card payment for your guests, this will be ignored.

Agencies only have to put First and Last Name of the Guest in the second step of reservation – no other information is required.

Also if you put agency predefined email (their email) it will be automatically set in second step so process is even easier for them.

Some options like Custom Source code (for PMS) are useful for PMS integration – when you receive this reservation it can automatically be connected with your Partner company and have e.g. special color. This feature depends on PMS you use and if this is possible in WebBookingPro and your PMS integration.

Legal Disclaimer can have text that you will show on web during reservation process, and will be sent to your agent in email when reservation is created.


When reservation is created YOU and YOUR AGENT (via email set on 2nd step or Predefined email) will get email.

This email is similar to your regular guest’s online reservation email, but with some specific information about Rate Name, and custom Legal Disclaimer.

If you set “Days before check-in for free cancel” greater than 0, email will also contain link for free cancellation so your agent can cancel reservation for free by himself.
