WebBookingPro support custom/additional rates that can be used for:
- Web site Booking Engine normal rate, specific meal plan rate or Package
- Channel Manager – e.g. custom Special Rate for Booking.com, or Non-refundable rate
- TravelAgencies – e.g. separate Rate for one or more travel agencies
Custom Rate can be:
- Separate – all prices and periods are different than Standard Rate
- Correction of Parent (e.g. Standard (Base) Rate( in Fixed Amount +- AND Fixed Ratio *. E.g. (Standard Rate-10) or (Standard Rate-10)*0.97.
- Correction of Parent rate based as addition of price based on number of Adults and Children (e.g. for Meal plans).
Rate can have some custom fixed or variable or inherited restrictions.
Can have independent availability, inherited availability, inherited with correction.
Can have custom Cancellation/Payment policy.
Under “Custom Policies” you can even define specific cancellation/payment policies for custom periods for some rates.
We encourage using Rate Plans for creating Packages. You have all features as in Packages module, but with more features to get better visibility, specific restrictions, …. Packages are always available based on available Price and same availability as Standard (Base) Rate.
